APARTMENT IN ALIMOS

POLYNIKOUS, ALIMOS

Located in a newly built residential building in Alimos, this apartment was designed as a serene contemporary home, combining clarity, warmth and everyday functionality. The interior is defined by a soft neutral palette, natural oak surfaces, light wood flooring and clean white architectural elements, creating a bright and calm atmosphere throughout.

At the heart of the apartment, the open-plan living area brings together the kitchen island and lounge in one seamless composition. The custom kitchen island works both as a practical preparation surface and an informal gathering point, while the generous sofa arrangement enhances the relaxed, residential character of the space.

Bespoke carpentry and carefully selected materials give the apartment a refined yet understated identity. A translucent grid partition introduces architectural depth and gently separates functions without blocking natural light or visual continuity.
The result is a warm, minimal and elegant interior, designed for modern urban living close to the sea, with a quiet Mediterranean sensibility.
