On the third floor of a typical 1990s apartment building, a 160 sq.m. apartment was renovated. The apartment needed to accommodate a fourth bedroom. The kitchen was opened up to the living and dining area, and a dividing island was constructed in place of the old wall. The wooden floors were preserved and restored throughout the apartment. The bathrooms were fully renovated, both in terms of plumbing installations and finishing materials, featuring large-format tiles and built-in washbasin counters.
