The house is located on a steep slope in a beautiful area full of pines that allows the view towards the opposite hills and the green natural landscape. Due to this large slope, the house is formed on 3 levels and has a total area of 350 m2. The building is designed as a box that is “cut” by the roof. A large stone wall on the north and west sides embraces the main volume which consists of light structures and transparent elements. Both the form of the building and the large surfaces such as the stone wall on the north side and the large fixed glass curtains on the south contribute to a simple and clean morphology. The austerity of the building’s clean cut volume gives way to the beautiful natural surroundings.
